- Soak your lenses overnight in multipurpose solution prior to first wear. This helps oxidising your contacts or else otherwise you might feel stinging sensation.
- Sweety lenses come packed in individual blisters. Just peel it off and you are ready to use your lenses. No more broken nails
- Do not share your colored contacts or swap them with your friends. You increase the risk of contracting infections if you choose to do so.

Please take note that 12 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 12 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 3 months.

- Shipping -
We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and it shall take 15-20 business days to reach you.
- Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
- Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
- For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
