Uniqso Return Exchange Cancellation Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for excellent customer service & customer satisfaction. We always ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our service and product quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you promptly.  

Cancellation

  1. Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund

  2. Request made before shipped - 10% 10% administration fee

  3. Request made after shipped - Cancellation is not allowed. Please see Return policy below.

  4. Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be cancelled. You can view the Cancellation Tab in product description.

Exchange

  • Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement. 

  • Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock. 

Return

  1. 1. Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.

    2. Wig is not allowed to be returned once it's opened due to hygiene.

    3. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.

    4. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.

    5. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
