Neo Vision Toric - 3 Tones Grey is a daily wear colored contact lens specifically designed for astigmatism and high prescriptions up to -10.00. With a 3 month disposable lifespan, it offers a natural and comfortable option for school, work or outings. Suitable for both dark and light colored eyes, it seamlessly blends with your original eye color for a flawless look.

Generally we take 3-4 business days to process the order except below products

- Shipping - 

We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.

Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and it shall take 15-20 business days to reach you.

  1. Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
  2. Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
  3. For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
  4. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
  5. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
