- Cancellation* -
1. Request can be made before item is fulfilled.
*Toric contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
